Product Overview
The range comprises a number of technologies (PVA, VAE, PU, filled or unfilled) for the lamination and post forming of high pressure laminate (HPL), wood veneers, paper and PVC foils onto MDF, particle board and wood.
Conforming to D2 or D3 requirements of BS EN 204-205, our PVA adhesives are fast setting and offer high bond strength and good durability. To meet the needs of specific applications, each grade also has particular features, such as: short press times; low sensitivity to PVC plasticizer; aggressive tack on PVC; suitability for radio frequency curing; and use on continuous machines. Our adhesives are mainly applied by roller, however specific grades are available for spray application for some post forming.
