Our two-component polyurethane based emulsion adhesives are formulated for membrane pressing in the manufacture of doors and panels.
The adhesives are specifically designed for the lamination of PVC, paper or ABS foils etc. onto particle board or MDF. Initial application is by spray gun, and bonds are subsequently formed by heat activation in the membrane press. The adhesives have excellent spray characteristics, high green strength and tough final bonds, offering heat resistance levels in excess of BS6222 requirements.
