Product Overview

Bostik Low Odour Latex is a 2 part cementitious smoothing underlayment. The powder is a grey cement based material which is mixed with synthetic latex liquid. It is ideal for use in both new build and refurbishment projects.

  • Self-smoothing
  • From feather edge to 10 mm
  • Blend with 0-5 mm aggregate for 10-20 mm depth
  • Suitable for underfloor heating
Composition

Powder: synthetic resin modified cement powder. Liquid: synthetic rubber low odour liquid

Consumption / Coverage

Approx. 5-6 m² at 3mm thickness

Working Time / Flow Life

Approx. 15 minutes at 20ºC

Set For Walking

After approx. 2 hrs at 20ºC, 3mm thick

Dry For Floor Covering

After approx. 12 hrs at 20ºC, 3mm thick

Compressive Strength

1 day = 5 N/mm²
7 days = 15 N/mm²
28 days = 21 N/mm²

Packaging

Powder: 23kg paper bag, 42 units per pallet. Liquid: 5L poly jerry, 4 x 5L cartons, 30 per pallet
